  Thomas Monaghan, Principal Investor
 

Monaghan purchased the company with members of the management team in October 2000. As the founder and former CEO of Domino’s Pizza, Inc. and former owner of the Detroit Tigers, Monaghan’s franchising insight and accolades are many. He was the chairman of the board and president of Domino’s Pizza from December 1961 to December 1998. In addition, Monaghan is the founder of the Ave Maria Foundation in Ann Arbor, Michigan and has been the chairman of the board since December 1998.

   
  Michael Marcantonio, Investor
 

Marcantonio purchased Allegra Network with Monaghan and members of the management team in October 2000. He was the managing member of the company from 2000 to 2001. From May 1995 to October 2000, Marcantonio was vice president of tax of Domino’s Pizza, Inc. in Ann Arbor, Michigan. In addition, Marcantonio is the founder of MKM Ventures LLC in Ann Arbor, Michigan and has been the company’s manager since February 2000.

   
  Bill McIntyre, Chairman/Managing Partner
 

For more than fifteen years, Bill McIntyre has been an integral part of the Allegra Network franchise system. McIntyre was asked to take over the company as president in l991. Under his leadership, the company launched the Allegra Print & Imaging brand in 1997, acquired Insty-Prints, Inc. with more than 200 locations, changed its corporate name from American Speedy Printing Centers, Inc. to reflect the success of the Allegra brand and moved to its new headquarters as part of the company’s growth strategy.

McIntyre re-engineered the company’s focus away from increasing the number of franchise locations to increasing value at existing franchise locations. His leadership has dramatically influenced franchisee profit mastery, technology enhancement and customer relationship building. In January of 2004, McIntyre was promoted to chairman.

   
  Carl Gerhardt, President/CEO
  Before getting promoted to PRESIDENT in January 2004, Carl Gerhardt and his wife owned and operated an Allegra Network franchise in Colorado Springs for nearly twenty years and has since sold the $2 million business to his business partner. Gerhardt’s comprehensive experience in the industry includes working with the Allegra Network management team to develop master franchises, working directly with top Allegra Network locations for monthly video conferences, providing field support to Allegra Network’s Western region and offering his expertise as the vice president of franchise consulting. Gerhardt has served on the board of PrintImage International for five years and was formerly chairman of the board. In 2003, Gerhardt was honored as a PrintImage International Honorary Lifetime Member for his many contributions to the organization. His experience and knowledge position him as an expert and resource for franchise members, the media and the industry at large. In 2007, Gerhardt was promoted to president and CEO.
   
  Steve White, Signs Now President/Executive VP
  Steve White joined the company in 1994 as national sales manager to launch the Professional Selling System. He was promoted to director of sales and marketing to form the marketing group in 1995 and was promoted to vice-president of the company three years later and given the additional responsibilities of regional support. White’s responsibilities as executive vice-president now include communications, franchise services, regional support and marketing initiatives. Under his leadership, more than 180 locations transitioned to the Allegra Print & Imaging brand; these locations account for more than half of the company’s system-wide sales. In May 2006, White was also named president of Signs Now, the company’s sign division in Sarasota, Florida.
   
  Darryl Buchanan, Vice President of Franchise Development
  Darryl has more than 25 years experience in the printing and franchising industry. His extensive background includes ownership of three American Speedy Printing centers. Currently, Buchanan is responsible for development growth initiatives including opening new Digital Print Centers, attracting prospective franchise members, working with franchise members to acquire independent printers, resales and conversions. Under his leadership, more than 173 acquisitions for $53 million.
