Network LLC, one of the worlds leading print and graphic
communications franchisors, has been chosen as a Future
50 of Greater Detroit honoree in recognition of the companys
outstanding contribution to Southeast Michigan through growth
in employment, investments, community enhancement, revenues
and acquisitions.
Despite the challenges of a sluggish economy, Allegra Network
forecasts its 2005 system-wide sales to
exceed $335 milliona 25% increase over last year,
primarily due to its acquisition of Signs Now Corporation
($70 million in sales) this past January. This is the companys
fourth acquisition since 1995. In addition, the company projects
a sales increase of 10-24% in each of the next three years
as a result of the implementation of its aggressive growth
strategy. Components of this strategic plan include: Allegra
Networks rollout of its new digital printing center,
creating new career opportunities for down-sized executives
and entrepreneurs looking to open a business in small-medium
to medium-sized markets; the growth of its franchise members
through acquisition as well as the expansion of their service
offering to include mailing services, digital color signs
and banners and ad specialties. In addition
to its corporate acquisitions, Allegra Network has helped
its franchisees complete more than 155 acquisitions in their
local markets, attributing to more than $49 million in incremental
sales.
